30 yr. The broker we used last time saying he can do 3.5% for 15 yr. the
monthly payment is only 1xx more than our current payment. But there are
some fees (title company, bank processing fees etc). I'm not sure which fees
are required to all re-finance, whice fees are the "cost". Can someone
please enlighten me on this? Thanks a lot!

Intangible taxes
Titile fees
Lender charge
Appraisal fees |

实际上讲，费用肯定是存在，但broker替你从他们的佣金里垫了。
如果告诉你no-cost，却收你钱，这类的可视为骗子。 |

发帖数: 519 | 5 这些费用肯定都是有的，但是Broker都会帮你出的，如果不是，就不是no cost的
refinance。
