Appraisal是要做的时候就要给的，agent/lender不愿意先垫，是怕万一没close, 钱就
白垫了。 |

这一次他说规定改了，必须我自己先付，closing的时候再给我credit |

back. If loan fall apart for whatever reason, you have to pay it.

再给credit的。

果，我都有收到这退款。
