to cover the cost of title insurance, you will get a higher rate.
If you pay fees. then refinance and purchase have no difference.

help, she called me in the morning and suggested locking the rate with the
fear the rate would go up in the afternoon since the economic number
abnormally showed better than expected. It did as she said.....
Good agent is no just an agent but a consultant as well....
I am happy with the rate I got especially considering my tiny balance.... | k*****a

covered in refin, so new mortgage should have lower rate if looking at this
factor
but in fact, refin has lower rates for same conditions.
