发帖数: 23 | 4 re-fin plus is only available for converntional loans. He can't use re-fin
plus. He can still do re-fin with PMI.

details here http://www.mitbbs.com/clubarticle_t/charles/31164579.html ). but it's for loan < $417k. asked around and if no success, try the bank's retail branch--refi w/ PMI could be difficult...
