The whole market was totally spooked by their democratic dream.
In California, the best rate for 30-year purchase could be 3.75 while for 15
-year purchase it could be as low as 3.125. The refinance rate will be 3.875
and 3.25 respectively for well-qualified candidates.
This year, stock market's return in October was not as bad as expected. But
the jinx might extend to November as financial turmoil is looming again.
Nobody can really understand this market. We are still battering from
frustrated feelings from bad calls of yesterday.
Kids like Halloween because they can wear fancy costumes while getting a lot
of candies. Plus, they are not afraid of ghosts even they come from Greece.
