there is nothing wrong with the electrical outlet in your home. The problem
is with the vacuum you are using. The outlets are required by code to be
tamper resistant and arc fault sensitive. Their purpose is to trip the
breaker when you plug something into it that it does not like. In the case
of the vacuum cleaner the motor in the vacuum is sending a signal to the
outlet that is causing it to trip. For some unknown reason the electrician
cannot explain it will run in some rooms and trip others. Once again, it is
not the outlet it is the vacuum motor. We recommend that you consider
purchasing a surge protector that is designed for this purpose through Eaton
.com who is also the manufacturer of the acr fault breakers. I understand
the cost is minimal and the device effective. The surge protector can be
plugged into the end of the vacuum and then into the wall outlet. |

，其它的就没事。
再说，都破产了的builder，还指望它啥。
