Appraisal Fee $375
Government recording Charge + Transfer Tax = $1325.
Title Service and Title Insurance = $1100
Broker Rebate = $4000.
$1000+$375+$1325+$1100-$4000 = -$200
Escrow $1200
Interest $800
$1200+$800-$200 = $1800 “Total Estimated Settlement Charges"
GFE上apprsaisal fee写的是$375。但是appraisal我预付了$165。谁知道最后closing的
时候Total settlement charge到底是多少?
A. $1800,然后broker退我$165。
B. $1800。然后broker退我$375。
C. $1800-$375=$1425。
D. $1800-$165=$1635。 |

1.new loan amt (NL)
2.old loan amt (OL)
3.prepaid interest on old loan (OI) & new loan (NI)
4.property tax (T)
NL - OL - OI - NI - T = refund OR bring money to close
e.g.1.$300k - 297k - 400 - 350 - 1500 = 750 refund to you
e.g.2.$300k - 299K - 400 - 350 - 1500 = -1250 send in this $ @ closing
超出以上数字的应该都是要退回的cost。当然可能没法事先算得那么准确,有些cost要
到以后才退给你。
Title Insurance + Transfer Tax = $1800.

用escrow,好像没有property tax这一说.
我的GFE上是这样的。

现在appraisal fee变了而且我预先支付了,不知道最后怎么处理。

200给我,但是appraisal的价钱突然变了,我怕最后转了半圈,这200又没了。现在我
希望能拿回410。
