说是short sale, 也列举了short sale的缺点, 但我看那外型内在都不错, 放弃有点可
惜, buyer agent会比较不愿意带你看short sale的房子吗? 为什么??

short sales can be closed and if there're more than one lien holders
involved in a short sale, the ratio that a such short sale can be closed
drops to below 10%. also, the average time for a short sale transaction from
the time the seller gets an offer to its closing is about 4 to 6 months.
this mean that you and your agent may work 4 to 6 months for nothing. short
sale is not for everyone, but if you find something your really like (I mean
you love it), you better work with someone who has closed some short sales
before and knew what to do. good luck on your short sale.

发帖数: 590 | 5 除了银行要拖以外，还不能排除无意搬走的卖家用short sale作为拖延战术的可能性。
总之是没有人急着要卖。
