$2500-$3000. Rate is quite decent for your loan amount.

发帖数: 28 | 3 你的rate还可以,因为你的loan amount比较低，但是closing cost不会只有这两项，
还有appraisal fee, escrow fee, 你最好再和你的agent 确认一下。
保险的方法就是要个GFE.或者fee sheet
