I am buying a lot about one acre to build a house.
I am seeing two taxes:
1) Prorate **** County property tax
2) Tax stamps
Does anyone know what these two taxes about?
Usually how much are they?

value.
Tax stamp is the title transfer tax.

只需要付1/4的税。 |

发帖数: 1184 | 4 第一个tax是地产税，即只要你拥有使用地产都要交的税。第二个tax是地产交易税，即
只要产权易手，当地政府就要课的一种税。这第二种税各地的叫法不同，在加州这叫
document transfer tax。
所以说在这国家只有death和tax是确定的。
