agent, the "average" or "typical" costs for a BUYER are as follows:
Offer stage - answer questions, prepare offer, revise, and generally get the
deal going $200-400.
Contingency stage - financing, inspections, general advice, title opinion,
etc $100-$300.
Closing stage - closing statement, prep for closing
$100.
Closing - Attend closing
$200-300.
Typical range $2-500
Common range $3-800

我们没有用买房agent (short sale), 这样卖方agent比较有动力递我们的offer. 我们
的律师真是帮了我们不少忙，回答我们所有初级问题， 然后short sale (3 loans)拖
了6个月之久， 最后close居然只收我们$600, 我们都觉得超值。
同事买的是foreclosure, 也是很多周折， 最后也是$600. 他们都很惊讶。 | c*******7

agent，看上的房子也是FSBO的
