汽，这种修一下要多少钱？没经验哈。先打听一下，出价时好有个考虑，多谢！
还有这个房子最近刚换过roof （disclose roof leaked, whole roof replaced)，房子是2700 sqft,15年， 房子要价在那个小区算比较高的（一般40出头，这个要48。5），new air condition system (2010)，地下室没装修
类似的一个房子，各方面都差不多，但是没换过屋顶，地下室装修了，夏天卖出去的，43万卖的
另外，listing agent也是我们的buyer agent
大家建议一下怎么出价？ |

如果是早期andersen的双层window，确实可以只换玻璃。

and in case of micro leaks, keep the insulation capacity lasting longer.
Even if it's techniacally possible to refill the inert gas, it's not cost-
effective. Just estimate the replacement cost in your case.
