秘书或者什么人,就给我email过来了空表格. 我就填了,然后交过去了. 上面没有买方
的buyer agent. 只有卖方的seller agent. 然后过了一天,接到另外一个人(属于同一个
公司的)的email说是银行counter了我的offer. 基本上就是我给的价格, 不过close时
间改了一下. 现在我们准备接受这个offer.
碰到这种情况, 我到底有没有buyer agent呢? 我没有跟任何agent 签订合同来代表我
们. 如果我现在临时找一个agent来代表我们, 可以吗? 如果可以,怎么跟这个agent要
