最近找到一分工作,公司说提供一些购房服务和福利,其中包括:
如果贷款是通过公司联系的下面两家中的一个的话:Wells Fargo or BOA,以下费用将
会是
reimbursed:
appraisal, credit report, lender's inspection fee, mortgage insurance
application fee, assumption fee, document preparation fee, settlement or
closing fee/escrow fee, abstract or title search, title examination, title
insurance binder, notary fees, legal fees, premium for title insurance/
lender's coverage, premium for title insurance/owner's coverage, recording
fees, city/county/state tax stamps, real estate transfer tax, mortgage tax,
survey, general home inspection, pest inspection, structural or mechanical
inspections and water/well inspection.
In addition to all closing costs listed above, the Company will pay a
maximum of 1% of the mortgage amount for origination fees plus loan discount
points required by the lender to close a new first mortgage up to the
amounts illustrated in the sliding scale below, which is governed by current
mortgage market conditions.
Sliding Scale for discount points:
7.49% or less, then reimburse 1.0 point (1% origination fee);
7.5 to 7.99%, then reimburse 2.0 points (1% orig. fee/ 1% disc. pt.);
8.0 to 8.49%, then reimburse 2.5 points (1% orig. fee/ 1.5% disc. pt.);
8.5% or greater, then reimburse 3.0 points (1% orig. fee/ 2% disc. pt.)。
请问大家公司给报销的以上费用加起来有多大数额?如果用 Wells Fargo or BOA的贷
款是否利率会较高导致使用公司的服务虽然报销以上费用但反而最终会花更多的钱?谢
