让步吧。

bank to lower the price by showing them the appraisal result. they may say
no, but it wouldn't hurt by asking. good luck.

另外appraisal report 百分之几有什么用哪? 跟mortgage 有关系吗?

purchasing price or appraisal value.
As other said, you always could argue/fight, the worst case is that you walk
away. |
