比较方便，由于是第一次买房，缺乏很多知识，觉得需要找一个buyer agent,不知道可
不可以找这个listing agent呢？这样会不会conflict of interest? |

helping for an open house. even if he is the listing, you still can hire him
if you want. conflict of interest is for sure.

sure other states, but in VA, you will be treated as the customer and seller
will be treated the client...it will be unfair for you. |

？DUAL是可以的。

be your buying agent (to avoid conflict of interest at least on the paper).

发帖数: 1933 | 9 Rebate是关键。如果LZ找Listing agent做buyer agent，一定要求listing agent把
commission降低2%。比如本来是5%，应该降成3%。
现在网上，现实中到处都是给1-1.5%以上rebate的buyer agent。以前有人说过，衡量
buyer agent好坏的唯一标准就是rebate的多少。
