800的，回国了两次两次忘记付信用卡.....)broker 给我报的也是25% down, 15年， 3
.25，好像也是No point no cost 的。（我贷的少， 7万多）不知道这个算不算够好了
。如果够好了到时候就不找别的broker了 |

吧。RF 15年fixed 3.25%. 0 points, 0 cost, no escrow account。我在Flordia，
cost要5千多刀，我的broker付所有的cost. 她人真的不错。给的rate挺好的。家版上

30年多放点downpayment,risk比15年的还小，银行会因为risk小减小30年的利率吗？ |
