些的吗？
(1) Moisture damage to both of the corner trim on the chimney chase, advise
repairs now. Have a qualified contractor further inspect and repair as
needed.
(2) Damaged garage door, the door is bent and the rollers are off / broken,
repair. The left door is damaged, unable to open. The right door electronic
eyes are missing, repair. Have a qualified contractor further inspect and
repair as needed.
(3) Boiler. The back flow preventer has a plug installed, signs of past
leakage. The high vent has been replaced. The circulator is installed in the
wrong location. It must be after the expansion tank or the high vents leak,
the back flow preventer leaked, expect ongoing repairs until the circulator
is changed. The high vent is missing, should be where the plug is installed
. Have a qualified contractor further inspect and repair as needed.
(4) The radon system was not installed per the EPA requirements. The fan
cannot be in a living area, no disconnect switch, no manometer. Advise
having the system installed properly. Have a qualified contractor further
inspect and repair as needed.
