| k******o 发帖数: 3328 | 4 Yes, you have to pay management fee even this is no-loading free trading ETF/Mutual Fund. The upside is you don't need to worry about tenants and maintenance.
Just friendly reminder, if you want to invest in REIT (Real Estate
Investment Trust) fund, due to passing through nature, it is better to put it in the tax shelter account (i.e. Roth IRA, 401K) to save income tax.
