代理人，给的报价个不相同。有power 的代理会给出非常便宜的价格。 |

replacement value based not actual cash value based. That's why it's more
expensive. Try ask for name-peril and ACV coverages, It may reduce your
premium.

Huston area, which is subject to Hurricane losses. If your policy is open-
peril and it covers HU, your premium is about average. |

年费用几乎跟我同事两倍价钱的房子的保费差不多，我就不甘心的大电话去safeco问了
一下，结果safeco房子+车跟我在statefarm的车保险一样。。。 |

去年我本来想切换到State Farm的，但那个代理给我的房屋保险Quote，即使提高了
Reduction上限，也还是高出我原来的房屋保险很多，于是放弃。 |

？我是直接在网上request quote，然后收到email里有local代理人名字和电话，而且
一直是同一个人车保也是。

I know Houston in the area under risk of hurricane. My home is in west
houston, not close to the coast line and I couldn't understand why state
farm premium is more than double of rates people living close by are paying
with full coverage.

Teenage开车，它的车保险也不算是便宜，但高出不多。
不过，它家的房屋保险高出太多了。去年，跟StateFarm联系的时候，我即使要加入ADT
计划（至少35刀/月服务费），拿到StateFarm的Security discount之后，再提高
Reductionable 500刀，还是无法跟我原来的home insurance 匹配。 |

LZ可以多quote几家，然后拿别人的quote去压state farm的价。
我在他家买的车险，很reasonable，而且比我以前在traveler的车险便宜200多/半年。 |
