前授权书，让他们代理批准和签字所有文件。主要有以下的文字让我不是很确定，有没
有人做过类似的授权？

"hold ... harmless against all liability for any such disbursements made as
approved by said representative at closing"
"the undersigned will accept the final figures as approved by said

如果不能在现场，是不是除了授权外，还可以fax或者email签署所有文件？

for this, not the agent. r u still in the US?
