them all. with closing cost, nobody will have tax issue.

Although business rebate don't need pay tax, sometime IRS just ask you pay,
then you need file explain,etc.... |

tax etc. Your rebate cannot cover them all. How to raise house price?

without 1099 form (so you don't need to pay tax in theory).
Be aware, some lender restric the rebate only to cover your NRRC (Non
Recurrisive Closign Cost).
