发帖数: 3244 | 2 if you mean foreclosure auction, be careful and better not go there if you
are trying to buy your first house. if you mean REO bank owned property, no
major difference with regular ones. they are most likely sold as is which
means no repairing from the seller and there will be bank addendum above all
regular addendum, hard to negotiate and sometime you will have issue for
doing the inspection. if you are into REO properties, find yourself a good
agent to help.
