5千,买的是新房子,如果用builder /seller指定的贷款公司,就有5600的credit
towards closing cost and prepaid items.今天收到了这个贷款公司的GFE,我把它归
类了一下,请大家看一下这个closing cost是否合理,差不多的话也不去shop around了.

应该能看到credit的钱吧。。。 | k******o
发帖数: 3328 | 3 GFE is just estimation. Normally it is always estimated higher.
Your broker should know exactly charge associated with the lender. S/he does
not know about escrow and title. I always suggest my client not to focus on
GFE at all.
