货比三家去求证一下。

buyers) and lenders ( Wells Fargo, Chase, Flagstar, etc.).
In the competitive market, mortgage brokers originate more loan than lenders
who use retail channel to get customers.
The rates you get from Wells Fargo directly typically will not be the same
as what you get from mortgage brokers who also originate Wells Fargo
products.
So, if you do not ask for mortgage brokers, you miss a lot of change,
especially in the big states where competition is very stiff.

发帖数: 3523 | 8 帮人做贷款的贷款经纪。一般都不会只做一家银行，通常的好处在于，可以比较多家银
行的program，帮客人找个rate最好的；因为是银行的批发渠道，rate比直接找银行要
好；收费方面不会高于银行的收费；办理贷款通常比直接找银行快。
