向AGENT要COMMISION Fee的rebate， 一般要多少？
如果SELLER和BUYER AGENT是同一公司， 是不是可以多要些？
COMMISION Fee的rebate 什么时候提出。 要写在出OFFER的合同里吗。
能从LOAN OFFICER那里拿什么CREDIT来COVER COMMISION Fee? |

一般，有贷款的情况下，出现在closing table上的credit不论是seller给的还是agent
给的，都不能超过closing cost。
realtor说定的rebate，要提前确定，并且讲清楚credit的方法。 |

你的意思是说， closing的credit只能是从seller或者Loan officer给的。
buyer agent的rebate不能用。
还有和buyer agent说定的rebate要写在contract里吗？

house, and have a written form with your agent. Normally the rebate from
your agent will credit in the escrow to cover your closing cost.
