因为这里砍树要申请permit，这么大棵树砍起来也不便宜。所以想找人来看看。我们应
该找什么样的人呢？ 有没有 structure engineer 这样的人可以帮我们看？大概要多

foundation. cut and haul a tree, without moving the stump, can be as cheap
as a few hundred bucks. You can buy some chemical from HD or Lowes and pour
into the stump to kill it. |
