如果没有人和你抢房子, 你可以放长一点, 如果有人抢, 可能会有人放7天,如果你放的
时间长了, 基本就不可能拿到offer, 可能这是你的agent的concern |

当OFFER价格相差不大时, SELLER会比较TERMS. 谁最先REMOVE CONTINGENCY,谁有优势.
这就是为什么有CASH OFFER 或NO CONTINGENCY OFFER. |

发帖数: 347 | 5 most likely sellers will not allow you to choose other loose option as they
need to be protected as well. So if you write there, they will counter you
to remove it.
You need to have your buyer agent to work with you loan agent to ensure you
really can get a loan. If nothing is sure yet, you need to do extension when
getting "Request to perform" after 17 days passes.

otherwise most seller is unlikely to pick you up. Of course, you are the
boss and you decide what to put there.
