发帖数: 381 | 3 也许修的很好，很多年没问题。运气不好，或者老天不作美，修过的地方以后还会出问
题。这种事不好说100%保证的。inspection只能说明现状，或者修好后到现在下雨时没
问题，没法100%保证明年后年是否没事。你做好思想准备如果以后有问题，你觉得你能
承受就行。inspector 和 Roofing Contractor 说的话不能100%相信，在美国干房屋这
行的人也是良莠不齐，不是所有人都靠谱和讲良心的，和你说实话的。Contractor 有
时也是骗你没商量。有信誉的inspector也只是做个general 的检查。 |

We had one small leak at the northernmost skylight (see property
disclosure). We had a professional roofer replace the membrane and
shingles around the three main skylights. They
inspected the rest of the roof and determined the membrane was in good
shape and replaced some random shingles and the ridge caps. We have
had no other leaks in the 7 years we have lived here. |
