make offer时候给agent的deposit,如果我的出价被接受了,以后是不是就不能反悔了
,要不deposit就不给我了吗?啥情况不会被他们罚钱?新手,谢谢!

看合同。如果没签合同,可以随时收回offer. 另外,问你的agent啊。他们就是做这活的。

You can always withdraw your offer before the end of attorney review and get
the deposit back.Ask your agent.

Really? There is no penalty? I signed the contract with the agent before
making an offer, and the owner accept this offer. Then we did the inspection
and still wait for the report, then estimate the cost to repair and
replacement. We worried, if we requst more credit after we get the report,
the owner does not want to give that much credit, whether we could withdraw
offer without penalty and also get the deposit back. The agent alsways push
us.

accepting your offer doesn't mean it's "final"
there's several contingencies, on both the seller and buyer sides, need to
be cleared before finalizing the transaction--
buyer side--loan, inspection, appraisal, title contingencies
seller side--title, disclosures & repairs (if any)
bottom line is to "back out" (either side), there must be good reason. not
simply changing mind

You can walk away free if too much to repair unless you signed the waiver.
So read your contract firstly.
