最右边树后面就是woods). 我担心的问题是,以后有小孩的话没有户外playground.
我的问题是,如果想把deck加长加宽到目前6-8倍的面积用做室外活动空间可行么?工程有
多大, 需要多少投入? 下面的草地用处理么?

玩也够了。做你说的那么大的DECK估计要花几万刀。 | Y*H

具体多大我也不确定,只是觉得这个房子没有一个户外活动的地方, bbq什么的太不方便.
如果想把坡填平行么? 房子在一个community里面,如果光填自己后院的坡但邻居不填的
话HOA会批么?

Once they approve the plan, you can start the build.
Over the years, I have added lots of decks, it is not that hard to do. Put
in the post is most work, but you can contract that part out.
If you plan to do everything yourself, you need the right tools, renting an
auger to dig all the holes.
I used laser to project a grid on the area first, mark all the hole spot
with little flags, I rented a PTO auger for my tractor for a day, dug all
the holes.
Rented a cement pump truck for an hour, poured all the holes, use a vibrator
to get rid off any air bubbles. A few days later, I put up the all the
posts with some help. Use level to double check they are perfectly verticle.
I used laser again to mark and trim all the posts to same height. Built
frame work, I pre drill all the holes first.
All above can be contracted out at about 1/2 to 1/3 of the deck price if too
hard for you to do.
Putting up is boards easy but labor intensive, but you can do it yourself to
save money.
If you want to contract the whole deck out, check to see if any deck
contractor in your area advertise a fixed price. I have found a few in my
area only charge $3000 per deck (any size), but you supply all the materials
. Maybe that is the way to go for you.

a 30 degrees slope is like a cliff. | Y*H

, but 20 for sure.
