发帖数: 260 | 1 I looked at an old house with a stone basement. I noticed that in a
circular area about 1 feet in diameter stones are loose and bulge inward.
The owner alleged that that area like this way when she bought the house 8
years ago. I did not see water trace in that area.
Is it possible there once was water freezing between wall and basement a
long time ago and, therefore the stones moved toward inside? A previous
owner fixed the leaky problem but left the bulging stone wall alone.
If I buy this house, do I have to repair it? How much may it cost?
