last night received the draft of P&S in PDF and it is so hard to read. May I
ask the seller to provide a clear version or convert the PDF to Word? I
just glipmsed it and found out there is no the inspection and appraisal
contingencies and the mortgage contingency is crossed out. I want to protect
myself and don't plan to sign these off. Is it common? I really appreciate
any experience sharing and suggestions. Thanks again!!!
