(agent get commission from seller, but seller has their own agent, so our
agent is working with seller's agent.. not sure why our agent still get
commission from seller, since seller has double agents..)

He walked away although I think mine was the only offer and probably still
is. Guess he got emotional at the last minute. He bought at a higher price
than his current listing price in 2007 and did tons of upgrades. Probably
felt receiving nothing for his effort, actually losing money.
The bedrooms are a little smaller than I would like. Otherwise, I would have
offered $3000 more.
