别家的dwelling coverage都基本上和我的purchase price 相差不远，
他家的只有purchae price的70%左右， 给他们打电话问原因， 他们说那个是他们估计
的rebuild房子要的价格， 没有考虑地价， 学区任何因素。 如果让他门把coverage调
到和房价一样高， 那估价就比别家高了。
我因为auto insurance也是用的state farm的， 所以还是想考虑他家
不知道版上有没有人在用他家的home insurance， 是不是也是coverage比purchase
price底很多？

at the purchase price.
But what is the point? If the house gets destroyed, will they pay you at the
purchase price, or just at the rebuild cost?

价格主要在地上，地价是不需要保险的。 |
