p******y 发帖数: 3523	4 当然，seller的report怎么信得？？？另外，inspection都是buyer自己出钱的，seller为啥自己弄一份儿？为了给buyer省钱？？？活雷锋？？？
x**********g 发帖数: 420	5 也不是完全相信，但现在都是buy as it is, 也没有inspection contigency, 做了也不能讲价。我意思是发现了什么问题也不能退出阿还价什么的。
