There are moisture stains on the living room ceiling.
The drain pipe located under the laundry sink leaks.
There are moisture stains and damage to the kitchen ceiling, soffit and
cabinet trim.
It appears that the shower area is leaking onto the kitchen ceiling below.
Caulking is needed in the shower area.

Notes:
The moisture stains on the liviing toom and the kitchen ceiling are pretty
small. Size is about half of a laptop. | F***Q

Seems small problems to me. Make sure there is no mold in the attic,
otherwise, it is a bigger problem to worry.

We did find mold in attic. Itr's due to ventilation. Seller is going to take
care of that.
Other things worry me are :

There is a “mold like” substance on the walls above the master bathroom
shower.
There is a “mold like” substance on the window frames.
One of the ceiling mounted recessed lights is not working in the master
bathroom.
There are moisture stains on the west wall located outside of the shower.
