发帖数: 848 | 2 you can have both names on title of house. since there is only one borrower,
only you have obligation to pay the loan. He is free of the loan, but he
has to agree than if you do not pay the loan, bank can take the house owned
by both of you. if there is any deficiency,then bank can only chase you to
get the money. |

如果是其它lender, 您可以在title上. |

发帖数: 3523 | 5 deed上是两个人的名字，产权就不会因为是否都是borrower而改变。因为你们是夫妻，
原则上财产是共有，债务也是共担的（或许不同州有不同的解释，不过，大部分是这样
的）。就算LZ是唯一的borrower，真的供不起的时候，你老公也得背这债务。就算
foreclosure了，你老公虽然不是borrower，也一样会被银行赶出去。 |

发帖数: 3523 | 7 离婚的话，两个人的名字都在deed上应该是平方房产的，谈妥了手续结束了deed都会改
的，如果按协议他再无产权了的话，他不走，LZ可以报警的。如果人家还有产权，没理
由不能住的。而产权不是看谁是borrower，是看谁的名字在Deed上。 |

名字底下。
