昨天请了home inspector对要买的condo检查了一下，没有太大问题，主要是
1。On the whole, the interior finishes of the home are in average condition.
Typical flaws were observed in some areas.
2。Monitor: It may be desirable to replace window screens where missing (2
in the living room/dining room).
3。water heater只有4-5年就要换了。
请问大家觉得中间哪些可以和卖家砍价或者要他们修补的？
