1. The interest rate for this GFE is available through 8/13/2012 12 am.
After this time, the interest rate, some of your loan Origination Charges,
and the monthly payment shown below can change until you lock interest rate.
2. After you lock your interest rate, you must go to the settlement within
15 days (your rate lock period) to receive the locked interest rate.

Why in item 1, it says 8/13/2012, but in item 2. it says "within 15 days"?
What does item 2 mean? Does that mean I need to close the escrow within 15
days? Or it just mean I need to sign the doc within 15 days? Which day is
the last day?

发帖数: 3523 | 2 看上去只锁了15天的rate， 如果是的话1里面的时间就是个mistake，1里面的时间应该
是rate lock有效的最后一天，除非是有人把15天这个数字写错了，锁的是21天左右的
rate。
问一下出GFE的人吧。 |
