2。 Buyer shall have the right to do inspections within 15 days after the
completion of attorney review....
3. Buyers shall have the right to extend mortgage contingency due to the
current lengthy mortgage application process, subject to seller’s approval.
...
4. Sellers represent to the best of their knowledge that the property is not
in flood zone.
5. Sellers represent to the best of their knowledge that there is no
abandoned oil tank at the above premises.
6. Sellers represent to the best of their knowledge that sellers’ mortgage(
s) is/are current and same is/are not in
foreclosure, state insolvency proceedings or federal bankruptcy proceedings.
