ordered by title company like in south jersey. Many large brokerage firm
like mine has title and mortgage company so it may sounds like your agent's
company is ordering that, but actually it still is title agency that orders
that.

case里，lender或broker是不管title的。如果是refi，no cost refi通常都是用
broker或lender常用的title公司来完成title相关工作和settlement的。 |
