permitt的事怎末搞?如果前房主修了什么东西又没申请,我怎么知道?

yourself. Usually they require carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector
and fire extinguisher at the required places, but you should check your
local township for details and fee. There is no specific required service
like survey required by mortgage company in bank owned transaction, unless
it is required by selling bank. Regarding the size of lot and house, I can
only tell you in NJ. More and more listing agents tend not to put sqf of the
house on the listing because there has been lawsuit regarding this, so now
either no information or it says estimated sqf. After all, a surveyor can
give you legal calculation of the lot size and house size.
Your tax is based on appraised value, yet indirectly related to the size of
the lot and the house. For improvements that prior owner (not the bank) did,
you should ask township engineer to inspect.
The suggestion is if the price of a bank owned is significant lower than
similar house in the market, it worths the risk.

will yet still complying with local zoning codes. It is not a document. It
is your right. I think you meant deed? Or survey?
