the amount of oil left in the tank,then calculate the market price for this
oil as the credit to them. Does your attorney put this in writing? The
seller can not just ask for $1000.If they only have 100 gallons left, by
current market, it is only worth $350.

take the oil away otherwise you will charge them 10 cents per gallon to dump
