多交$120搞加急吗？wells fargo说一般要等很多天。

发帖数: 1879 | 2 Usually you should write the deposit check to escrow in 3 days after you are
in contract.
Almost all the lenders have priority for new purchase and you should be able
to order appraisal in first week.
WF wholesale is not that bad before for new purchase but refinance is super
slow.
If you can close the purchase in 30 days, no need to pay extra unless the
lender you choose is too slow which impact your COE.
