1. Loan amount 533K, 3.375% for 30 yrs fix, no loan cost
2. Loan amount 560K, 3.5% for 30 yrs fix, no loan cost, with some extra
lender rebate
If the closing cost 6K is for final closing cost including purchase related
cost, then your rate is good enough for this loan amount. If 6K is for loan
related cost, then it will be too much.
