also have long time to wait.

lenders and what other liens, such as if this owner owe HOA fee or not. If
the price has been approved by bank and no other lien, offer asking price
will lead to quick closing. Sometime seller agents attract buyers by
accepting very low price and 3-4 months later lender/bank says no and asks a
much higher price. Your time is lost. |
