exclusive buyer agent contract. we declined. And agent said she will not
turn in the offer without that form signed. We back and forth couple of
times, and the final argument from her is that if we didn't sign the
exclusive buyer agent contract, then she will not get the 3% commission.
I looked over these two document, and notice that offer itself didn't
mention 3% commission, but exclusive buyer agent contract does mention it.
I am not going to sign it. But I wonder how the buyer agent get her entitled
3% commission if deal go through theoretically?

get the commission.
