the best 15yr fixed rate I can find in NY state came out 2.875%? does it
sound good?
Debt to income is around 30% incl HOA fees/Homeowner insurance/tax.
credit score is around 740 |

发帖数: 75 | 4 I think the second one included points since it will have about 1k higher
closing fee. I assume there is 1.5%.
I dont know if i should call a few more lenders.
Went through 8 lenders already. Are there brokers here can help shop for
better rate? The seller wants to put 01Feb2013 closing date and I dont know
if I can meet the hard deadline.
