我们州不要求closing的时候有律师，不过公司有legal plan，于是就随便找了一个
network里的律师A以求心安。
我本来以为A会参加closing,结果他告诉我要我把文件发给他，他只负责帮我review...
我有点糊涂，这个A是不是不靠谱？我以为律师是要和我一起参加closing，并在我旁边
帮忙解答问题的，难道律师可以远程review文件？
麻烦请过律师做closing的xdjms给我写建议吧

which involves preparing docs, signing, collecting funds, distribute funds,
recording and inform agents for the closing. no of those will need your
lawyer and his job is simple review the docs you are going to sign unless
you'd like to pay this guy to be there with you at the signing for extra $$$
for doing nothing.
